2015 York Simcoe / Lakeshore Challenge Survey
The Lakeshore Hockey League is looking for feedback on the York Simcoe / Lakeshore League Challenge. All parents and coaches who participated in the 2015 challenge on the weekend of April 11-12 are asked to spare a few moments and complete the survey.
